Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
