Winelam Cosmetic (“Winelam”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) delivers products purchased by you (“You” or “Customer”) through its authorized delivery partners. Winelam does not undertake delivery services directly.

All orders are processed for shipment only after successful pre-payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD is available only for orders ranging between INR 199/- and INR 3000/-.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Winelam and its delivery partners are not obligated to verify the accuracy or completeness of the address entered by you.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

You agree and acknowledge that Winelam shall not be held responsible for:

  • a) Delivery of products to an incorrect address provided by you;

  • b) Any loss or damage arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by you;

  • c) Any deficiency in payment made for the products purchased from the Site.


Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 8 working days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Customer's geographic location

  • Courier partner’s logistics

  • External conditions such as public holidays, festivals, or force majeure events

In case of delays beyond our control, Winelam will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the order at the earliest opportunity.

2. Are there any shipping charges?

Yes. A shipping fee of INR 99/- is applicable on all orders below INR 199/-.

3. How do I track my order?

  • a) Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier partner details.

  • b) You can begin tracking your shipment within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. What if my order shows delivered but I haven’t received it?

You must report non-receipt of the order within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation. Contact us via:

Winelam will not be liable for any claim reported after the 48-hour period.

5. What if my order is missing a freebie or discounted product?

  • If a freebie (defined as a product with zero MRP) is missing, we will issue you a coupon worth INR 100/- for future use.

  • If a discounted product is not delivered, we will refund the actual amount paid by you.
